Gimme more Mexican! 🌮

Don't say a word - I know what you're all thinking - ordering a BURGER at a MEXICAN?

Okay, I get it, but hear me out - this isn't my first trip to Chiquitos and definitely won't be my last. Don't get me wrong, my usual order of chicken fajitas for £14.49 - able to make them yourself with a choice of peppers, guacamole and salsa to put inside - is still my favourite - but I thought I'd give the rest of the menu a try too.

Hungover Lucy was really craving a burger today - however the question was - beef burger or chicken burger? Thank God for Chiquitos having one burger stacked with both - and cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion - I was in heaven! For £15.49, it also comes with fries and a small pot of red cabbage coleslaw - which is a little steep - but when you consider the ambience of chilled music, vibrant, Mexican themed interior and good service - it makes out.

Previous visits have also seen me try the chicken burrito, tacos, chilli and nachos - which have all been delicious too. They even include a vegan and gluten free menu which was approved by my dad who tried their gluten free wraps with his chicken fajitas!

Now, I have lost count of the amount of times I have visited Chiquitos, and ask any of my family or friends, which is Lucy's go-to place to eat? They'll say Chiquitos. Mostly because of the food but the 25% off student discount isn't bad either. It has never let me down and I hope it doesn't to you too.
