Do you require a midweek treat from time to time but are conscious of the affordability?
Well, Brewers Fayre, offer two main courses for £8.99 from a selected menu with times you can redeem between 12pm-6pm Monday to Friday. So, you can make it for lunch or an early tea!
Even though it is a selected menu, it doesn’t mean there are limited options; from the cheese and bacon smothered chicken, to fish and chips, or even a chicken tikka curry! (Check out all the options here: https://www.brewersfayre.co.uk/en-gb/daytime-menu/brewers_fayre_daytime_menu_priceless.pdf)

However, I went for the South Western burger which consists of breaded-chicken and spicy mayo on a sesame bun, and a side of chips and coleslaw. It was just like a dish you'd get from Nandos or Chiquitos - however you'd end up paying 11 odd quid just for ONE portion. At Brewers Fayre however you're paying £4.50ish each for equally as high quality food as the more expensive, trendier locations! And with a refillable drink for £2.85? it's ideal!
I personally visited the Redwood Brewers Fayre, just coming into Newcastle-under-Lyme, which at 1:00pm on a Tuesday afternoon was quiet, and therefore on-the-ball, fast service.
It is the ideal location to take your younger children who aren't in school to play in their soft play area - you can choose whether to sit in that location to eat and keep an eye on your child, or in the restaurant section. Or even a lovely lunch treat to get your Nan out of the house for a few hours for a nice meal.
Even in the evening, the menu expands with a huge variety of options to choose from - but I imagine a lot more busier and livelier - so perfect for a family celebration!
Honestly, you can't go wrong - it's cheap, it's delicious and filled with variety.
Overall, for food, deals and atmosphere:
